Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  6. Add frozen artichoke hearts and potato to the steamer tray
  7. Steam - 20 min, 104°C, speed 1
  8. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  11. Add egg, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Transfer content of steamer tray to kCook bowl
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  17. Roll into balls until 3cm round
  18. Stuff scamorza cheese into the balls then set aside
  19. Add plain flour, egg and breadcrumbs to the clean small bowls individually
  20. Coat one by one until covered
  21. Line a clean plate with paper towels then set aside
  22. Clean kCook bowl
  23. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  24. Add peanut oil to the kCook bowl
  25. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  27. Heat with filler cap fitted - 180°C
  28. Remove lid carefully
  29. Transfer balls to kCook bowl bit by bit
  30. Replace lid
  31. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 180°C
  32. Transfer balls to plate
  33. Pat dry with paper towels
  34. Repeat with the rest
  35. Serve
