Step preview

  1. Line a clean springform pan with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add chocolate biscuits to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Chop with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 10
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  10. Add egg, double cream, caster sugar and italian 00 flour to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  14. Then add milk and butter to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 95°C, speed 4
  16. Spoon some of the crumbs into springform pan
  17. Spread until level
  18. Spoon some of the cream into springform pan
  19. Spread until level
  20. Repeat in layers
  21. Sprinkle with dark chocolate
  22. Chill overnight in fridge
  23. Serve
