Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Grease and flour a clean square pan then set aside
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 30°C, speed 8
  8. Then add sunflower oil to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  10. Then sift potato starch, baking powder and italian 00 flour into the kCook bowl
  11. Add vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
  14. Spread until level
  15. Bake - 25 min, 170°C
  16. Let cool - 1 hr
  17. Clean kCook bowl
  18. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  19. Add vegetable double cream to the kCook bowl
  20. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  22. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 9
  23. Then add acacia honey and sweetened condensed milk to the kCook bowl
  24. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  25. Transfer cake to cutting board
  26. Cut into halves
  27. Transfer cream to cake
  28. Spread until level
  29. Assemble and press down
  30. Freeze - 30 min
  31. Cut into rectangles
  32. Dust with icing sugar
  33. Serve
