  12. Then add carnaroli rice and white wine to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 98°C, speed 4
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  15. Slice pumpkin into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 4
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 98°C, speed 3
  19. Then add water and salt to the kCook bowl
  20. Cook with filler cap removed - 13 min, 98°C, speed 4
  21. Then add butter to the kCook bowl
  22. Stir with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 4
  23. Heat a clean frying pan - medium-high heat
  24. Add speck to the frying pan
  25. Cook in frying pan until crispy
  26. Serve
  27. Garnish with parmesan cheese and black pepper
