Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 210°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add shredded coconut, caster sugar and egg to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 8
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  9. Roll into balls until 3cm round
  10. Transfer balls to baking sheet
  11. Bake - 7 min, 210°C
  12. Let cool - approx 1 hr
  13. Serve
