Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  8. Then add garlic clove and onion to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 4
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Grate carrot and courgette into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Add asparagus, potato, frozen peas, water, salt & pepper, ground nutmeg, paprika and curry powder to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 4
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 104°C, speed 4
  16. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  17. Add parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, egg white and fresh parsley to a clean large mixing bowl
  18. Whisk until combined
  19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large mixing bowl
  20. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  21. Divide content of large mixing bowl between 4 small tart pans
  22. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  23. Let cool
  24. Serve
