  1. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  2. Add water, bay leaves and pink peppercorns to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C
  6. Then add octopus to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 20 min, 100°C
  8. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  9. Transfer content of colander to large serving bowl then set aside
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  12. Add water to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C
  16. Then add squid to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap fitted - 7 min, 100°C
  18. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  19. Transfer content of colander to large serving bowl then set aside
  20. Clean kCook bowl
  21. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  22. Add olive oil and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  23. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  24. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  25. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 120°C
  26. Then add clams to the kCook bowl
  27. Stir
  28. Cook with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 110°C
  29. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl
  30. Clean kCook bowl
  31. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  32. Add olive oil and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  33. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  34. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  35. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 120°C
  36. Then add mussels and prawns to the kCook bowl
  37. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 110°C
  38. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl
  39. Add olive oil, lemon, fresh parsley and salt & pepper to a clean small bowl
  40. Stir with teaspoon until combined
  41. Pour dressing into large serving bowl
  42. Stir small bowl with slotted spoon until well combined
  43. Let rest - approx 30 min
  44. Serve
