Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add olive oil and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 98°C, speed 3
  6. Then add dried porcini mushroom, button mushroom, salt and water to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 98°C, speed 4
  8. Then add pine nuts, walnuts and double cream to the kCook bowl
  9. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl then set aside
  11. Line a clean plate with paper towels then set aside
  12. Heat a clean frying pan - medium heat
  13. Add smoked bacon to the frying pan
  14. Fry in frying pan until crispy
  15. Transfer bacon to plate then set aside
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  18. Add salt and water to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  21. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  22. Then add gnocchi to the kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 1
  24. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  25. Transfer gnocchi to large serving bowl
  26. Stir until combined
  27. Add bacon to large serving bowl
  28. Serve
