Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add water and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  6. Then add potato to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 1
  8. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  9. Transfer potatoes to heatproof bowl
  10. Crush then set aside
  11. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  15. Add frozen peas, gram flour, parmesan cheese, egg and salt to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  18. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to heatproof bowl
  20. Stir until combined
  21. Divide into 4 equal pieces
  22. Roll into balls
  23. Shape and press down
  24. Transfer patties to baking sheet
  25. Bake - 12 min, 200°C
  26. Serve
