  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean round pan with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl then set aside
  9. Add milk and hazelnut chocolate spread to a clean saucepan
  10. Heat - medium-high heat
  11. Stir until dissolved and turn off heat
  12. Let cool and continue
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add egg yolk and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  19. Then add italian 00 flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  20. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 6
  21. Then add sunflower oil to the kCook bowl
  22. Pour content of saucepan into kCook bowl carefully
  23. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  24. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  25. Mix gently until combined
  26. Add pear to the large glass bowl
  27. Mix gently until combined
  28. Transfer content of large glass bowl to round pan
  29. Bake - 50 min, 180°C
  30. Let cool
  31. Serve
