Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add amaretti biscuits to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  7. Then add butter to the kCook bowl
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to springform pan
  10. Spread until covered and press down
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add quark cheese, ricotta cheese, icing sugar, egg, amaretto and vanilla instant pudding mix to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 4
  17. Then add amaretti biscuits to the kCook bowl
  18. Transfer content of kCook bowl to springform pan
  19. Bake - 1 hr, 180°C
  20. Let cool - 1 hr
  21. Chill in fridge - approx 3 hr
  22. Clean kCook bowl
  23. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  24. Add white chocolate and sunflower oil to the kCook bowl
  25. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  27. Heat with filler cap removed - 7 min, 60°C, speed 4
  28. Turn out cake onto serving plate
  29. Transfer chocolate to serving plate
  30. Spread until level
  31. Decorate with flaked almonds and amaretti biscuits
  32. Serve
