Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add butter, italian 00 flour, icing sugar, egg, egg yolk and lemon to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  7. Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
  8. Transfer dough to work surface
  9. Shape into a ball
  10. Wrap with plastic wrap
  11. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  12. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  13. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  14. Sprinkle with plain flour
  15. Transfer dough to work surface
  16. Cover with parchment paper
  17. Roll out until 1/4" thick
  18. Cut out until 4cm round
  19. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  20. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  21. Let cool
  22. Clean kCook bowl
  23. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  24. Add dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  25. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  27. Stir with filler cap removed - 6 min, 60°C, speed 2
  28. Transfer chocolate to small bowl then set aside
  29. Spread with hazelnut chocolate spread
  30. Assemble
  31. Repeat with the rest
  32. Drizzle biscuits with chocolate
  33. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  34. Serve
