Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add almond flour, egg, granulated sugar, almond extract and water to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  7. Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
  8. Transfer dough to work surface
  9. Roll into a ball
  10. Wrap with plastic wrap
  11. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  12. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  13. Place dough on lightly floured surface
  14. Roll into balls until 2cm round
  15. Transfer balls to baking sheet
  16. Shape
  17. Sprinkle with icing sugar generously
  18. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  19. Let cool - approx 1 hr
  20. Serve
