Steamed chocolate and banana muffins are very soft treats, perfect for a tasty snack. These muffins do not contain butter. Cook the muffins in a muffin pan in batches. Alternatively, use rigid paper muffin cases and fit as many as you can in the steamer to cook. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.

  1. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups then set aside
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add egg and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  7. Then add banana yogurt and sunflower oil to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  9. Then add italian 00 flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 40 sec, speed 8
  11. Spoon content of kCook bowl into muffin pan then set aside
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Add water to the kCook bowl
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  17. Transfer pan to steamer tray
  18. Steam - 30 min, 104°C
  19. Repeat with the rest
  20. Serve
