  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jug and let cool
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  9. Add mascarpone cheese and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  13. Pour content of jug into kCook bowl
  14. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  15. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl and cover
  16. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  17. Serve
