Step preview

  1. Line a clean springform pan with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add biscuits to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 8
  8. Then add butter to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 50°C, speed 9
  10. Transfer crumbs to springform pan
  11. Spread until level and press down
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  14. Add cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, icing sugar, vegetable double cream and vanilla bean pod to the kCook bowl
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  17. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  18. Add strawberries to the springform pan
  19. Spoon cream into springform pan
  20. Spread until level
  21. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  22. Serve
