Even though this cheesecake looks difficult to make it's actually very easy. You can swap the chocolate biscuits for plain if you prefer or swap the peanut butter for another nut butter. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.

  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 12
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to round pan and gently pat into pan
  9. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  12. Add double cream to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  16. Then add cream cheese and smooth peanut butter to the kCook bowl
  17. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 9
  18. Transfer content of kCook bowl to round pan
  19. Spread until level
  20. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  21. Clean kCook bowl
  22. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  23. Add dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  24. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  25. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  26. Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 60°C, speed 4
  27. Then add double cream to the kCook bowl
  28. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 5
  29. Transfer content of kCook bowl to round pan
  30. Spread until level
  31. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  32. Serve
