Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Line a clean springform pan with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg white and salt to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Whisk with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 7
  8. Add caster sugar to the kCook bowl slowly while machine is running
  9. Whisk with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  10. Add egg yolk to the kCook bowl one by one while machine is running
  11. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min 40 sec, speed 7
  12. Then add cocoa powder, potato starch and italian 00 flour to the kCook bowl
  13. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
  14. Then add sunflower oil to the kCook bowl
  15. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to springform pan
  17. Bake - 35 min, 170°C
  18. Let cool and continue
  19. Add silver leaf gelatin sheet and water to a clean small bowl
  20. Soak until softened - 5 min
  21. Clean kCook bowl
  22. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  23. Add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  24. Drain content of small bowl into sieve
  25. Squeeze and remove excess liquid
  26. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  27. Transfer gelatin to kCook bowl
  28. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  29. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, 45°C, speed 4
  30. Transfer cream to large glass bowl and let cool
  31. Add mascarpone cheese to the large glass bowl
  32. Stir until combined
  33. Add strawberries to the large glass bowl
  34. Stir gently until combined
  35. Spoon content of large glass bowl into springform pan
  36. Decorate with milk chocolate
  37. Chill in fridge - approx 2 hr
  38. Serve
