Step preview

  1. Add milk and bread slices to a clean medium bowl
  2. Soak - 10 min
  3. Drain content of medium bowl into sieve
  4. Squeeze and remove excess liquid
  5. Set aside
  6. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  7. Add chicken breast and cooked ham to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  11. Then add breadcrumbs, egg, nutmeg and parmesan cheese to the kCook bowl
  12. Transfer content of sieve to kCook bowl
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  15. Roll into balls until 3cm round
  16. Transfer meatballs to baking sheet
  17. Cover with plastic wrap
  18. Chill in fridge and continue
  19. Clean kCook bowl
  20. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  21. Add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  22. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  23. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  24. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 110°C, speed 3
  25. Then add white onion to the kCook bowl
  26. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 98°C, speed 3
  27. Remove lid
  28. Transfer meatballs to kCook bowl
  29. Replace lid
  30. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 90°C
  31. Then add dry white wine to the kCook bowl
  32. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 120°C
  33. Add chicken stock, rice flour and salt to a clean jug
  34. Stir with tablespoon until well combined
  35. Pour content of jug into kCook bowl
  36. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 120°C
  37. Cook with filler cap fitted - 20 min, 92°C
  38. Serve
