Step preview

  1. Add pork fillet, curry powder, sunflower oil, salt and colombo spice blend to a clean large glass bowl
  2. Stir until combined
  3. Chill in fridge - approx 30 min

  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min 30 sec, 120°C, speed 3
  9. Then add rum and tinned pineapple to the kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 110°C, speed 3
  11. Then add white rice to the kCook bowl
  12. Transfer meat to kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 12 min, 100°C, speed 3
  14. Add cornflour and runny honey to a clean small bowl
  15. Stir until well combined
  16. Transfer cornflour mixture to kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 100°C, speed 3
  18. Serve
