Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Add blanched hazelnut to a clean baking sheet
  3. Bake - 7 min, 180°C
  4. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Transfer nuts to kCook bowl
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted then scrape bowl - 2 min, speed 12
  9. Then add water to the kCook bowl
  10. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  11. Then add dried cranberries, ground cinnamon and sea salt to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  13. Serve
