Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add rosemary, fresh sage, fresh parsley, breadcrumbs, pistacchios, pistachio flour, extra virgin olive oil and salt to the kCook bowl

  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 95°C, speed 4
  6. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 98°C, speed 4
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Add water to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  13. Add lemon to the steamer tray to top shelf
  14. Add salmon fillet to the steamer tray to top shelf
  15. Steam - 20 min, 104°C
  16. Transfer fish to serving plate
  17. Transfer crumbs to fish
  18. Serve
