  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi

  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  8. Add yellow potato to the steamer tray
  9. Steam - 20 min, 104°C
  10. Drain content of kCook bowl into sink
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  13. Add fine semolina flour to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Transfer content of steamer tray to kCook bowl
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  17. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  18. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  19. Chill in fridge and continue - approx 30 min
  20. Clean kCook bowl
  21. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  22. Add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  23. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  24. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  25. Heat with filler cap removed - 98°C, speed 3
  26. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  27. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  28. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  29. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 98°C, speed 3
  30. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  31. Slice courgette into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  32. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  33. Add water to the kCook bowl
  34. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  35. Then add salmon fillet, salt and lemon to the kCook bowl
  36. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 2
  37. Transfer content of kCook bowl to frying pan then set aside
  38. Clean kCook bowl
  39. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  40. Add water and salt to the kCook bowl
  41. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  42. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  43. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C
  44. Remove lid
  45. Pipe content of piping bag onto kCook bowl
  46. Replace lid
  47. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 104°C
  48. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  49. Transfer gnocchi to frying pan
  50. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  51. Stir gently until hot
  52. Serve
