Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg, caster sugar, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  8. Then add sunflower oil and orange to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Grate carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Add walnuts and raisins to the kCook bowl
  14. Sift plain flour, baking powder and salt into the kCook bowl
  15. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  16. Spoon content of kCook bowl into 8 paper case then set aside
  17. Clean kCook bowl
  18. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  19. Add water to the kCook bowl
  20. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  22. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  23. Arrange paper cases in steamer tray
  24. Steam - 30 min, 104°C, speed 1
  25. Place muffins on serving plate and let cool
  26. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  27. Clean kCook bowl
  28. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  29. Add butter, icing sugar, orange food colouring and orange to the kCook bowl
  30. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  31. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  32. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  33. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  34. Pipe content of piping bag onto muffins
  35. Serve
