Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add cooked ham, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and tomato purée to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  7. Then add pine nuts and raisins to the kCook bowl
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  10. Add pork loin steak to a clean cutting board
  11. Cover with plastic wrap
  12. Flatten slightly
  13. Spoon filling into meat
  14. Fold
  15. Transfer meat to baking dish
  16. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  17. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
  18. Add bay leaves to the baking dish
  19. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  20. Let cool - approx 10 min
  21. Serve
