Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 30°C, speed 3
  6. Then add active dried yeast and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  8. Then add italian 00 flour and manitoba flour to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  10. Let rest - approx 2 hr
  11. Add italian 00 flour, manitoba flour, caster sugar, butter, lemon, milk, baking powder and limoncello to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 4
  13. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  15. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 8
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  17. Cover with plastic wrap
  18. Prove until doubled - approx 2 hr
  19. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  20. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  21. Knead until smooth
  22. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  23. Cut into rounds
  24. Transfer shaped dough to baking sheet
  25. Prove - approx 2 hr
  26. Add peanut oil to a clean fryer
  27. Pre-heat
  28. Line a clean serving plate with paper towels then set aside
  29. Transfer shaped dough to fryer one by one
  30. Fry each side until golden brown - approx 5 min
  31. Transfer dough balls to serving plate
  32. Sprinkle with caster sugar
  33. Repeat with the rest
  34. Serve
