Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add water and salt to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  8. Then add potato to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 1
  10. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  11. Transfer content of colander to heatproof bowl
  12. Crush
  13. Add frozen peas to the heatproof bowl
  14. Mix until combined then set aside
  15. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  16. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  17. Clean kCook bowl
  18. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  19. Add egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and ground nutmeg to the kCook bowl
  20. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  22. Grate carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  23. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  24. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  25. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  26. Transfer content of kCook bowl to heatproof bowl
  27. Stir until well combined
  28. Roll into balls until 3cm round
  29. Add breadcrumbs to a clean small bowl
  30. Roll balls in breadcrumb mixture
  31. Transfer balls to baking sheet
  32. Bake - 12 min, 200°C
  33. Serve
