Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add egg and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice courgette into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 4
  13. Pour content of kCook bowl into baking sheet
  14. Spread until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  15. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  16. Add cheese and cooked ham to the baking sheet
  17. Roll into a log
  18. Let cool
  19. Serve
