Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  4. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper then set aside
  5. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  6. Add oats to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  9. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  10. Then add golden caster sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt to the kCook bowl
  11. Blend with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 12
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  13. Grate courgette into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Add smooth peanut butter, soy milk and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  16. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  17. Then add dark chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
  18. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 6
  19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
  20. Spread until level
  21. Sprinkle with dark chocolate chips
  22. Bake - 30 min, 175°C
  23. Let cool
  24. Cut into squares
  25. Serve
