Step preview

  1. Add silver leaf gelatin sheet and water to a clean small bowl
  2. Soak and continue - 10 min
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add strawberries, lemon, water and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 100°C, speed 2
  8. Drain gelatin into sieve
  9. Squeeze and remove excess liquid
  10. Transfer gelatin to kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
  12. Pour content of kCook bowl into mould evenly
  13. Chill in fridge until set - 4 hr
  14. Serve
