- Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Line a clean square pan with parchment paper then set aside
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add ricotta cheese and egg to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Grate pecorino cheese and parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add black pepper to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
- Then add cooked ham to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 5
- Add puff pastry to a clean lightly floured surface
- Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
- Transfer pastry to square pan
- Line and trim the edges
- Pour content of kCook bowl into square pan
- Bake - 45 min, 180°C
- Serve
