  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Grease and flour a clean tart pan then set aside
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  8. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  10. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  12. Then add milk, baking powder and italian 00 flour to the kCook bowl
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to tart pan
  15. Spread until level
  16. Bake - 30 min, 170°C
  17. Let cool and continue
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  20. Add figs and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  21. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  22. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 100°C, speed 1
  24. Turn out cake onto serving plate
  25. Transfer content of kCook bowl to cake
  26. Spread until level
  27. Decorate with figs
  28. Serve
