Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add chicken stock and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Grate parsnip into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Cook with filler cap fitted - 25 min, 100°C, speed 1
  11. Line a clean plate with paper towels then set aside
  12. Get a clean frying pan
  13. Add olive oil to the frying pan
  14. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  15. Add parsnip to the frying pan
  16. Fry in frying pan until light golden
  17. Transfer content of frying pan to plate
  18. Add crème fraîche to the kCook bowl
  19. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  20. Serve
  21. Garnish with fresh chives
