Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 30°C, speed 3
  6. Then add active dried yeast and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 4
  8. Then add manitoba flour, italian 00 flour, olive oil, salt and egg to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, speed 7
  10. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  11. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  13. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  14. Divide into pieces
  15. Roll into balls
  16. Transfer shaped dough to baking sheet
  17. Prove - 1 hr
  18. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  19. Spread with tomato passata
  20. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  21. Remove from oven
  22. Top with mozzarella cheese and olives
  23. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  24. Let cool
  25. Serve
