  2. Add vanilla bean and caster sugar to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 10
  6. Then add milk, cornflour and egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 90°C, speed 5
  8. Then add banana and rum to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 90°C, speed 7
  10. Then add crème fraîche to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 4
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 6 ramekins
  13. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  14. Garnish with banana
  15. Serve
