  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups then set aside
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add caster sugar and unsalted butter to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix then scrape bowl - 1 min, Speed Max
  6. Mix - 1 min, Speed Max
  7. Then sift plain flour and baking powder into the Kenwood Bowl
  8. Add egg and milk to the Kenwood Bowl
  9. Mix then scrape bowl - 30 sec, Speed Max
  10. Mix - 30 sec, Speed Max
  11. Then add raspberries and white chocolate to the Kenwood Bowl
  12. Mix - 30 sec, Speed Max
  13. Spoon the mixture from the Mixer bowl evenly between the muffin cases
  14. Top with raspberries
  15. Bake until skewer tests clean - 22 min, 180°C
  16. Let cool onto cooling rack
  17. Serve
