Step preview

  1. Attach K Beater
  2. Add plain flour, baking powder, salt, caster sugar, white chocolate, macadamia nuts, butter and egg to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Mix - 1 min, Speed 1
  4. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface
  5. Roll the dough into a log approx. 5 cm across and wrap in plastic wrap
  6. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  7. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  8. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  9. Slice the log of dough into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick
  10. Place the slices on a baking tray giving them room to spread out
  11. Bake until light golden - 10 min, 180°C
  12. Let cool
  13. Serve
