Step preview

  1. Grease a clean square pan
  2. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  3. Add oats to a clean baking tray
  4. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  5. Let cool
  6. Add honey and smooth peanut butter to a clean saucepan
  7. Heat until melted - medium heat
  8. Attach K Beater
  9. Transfer content of saucepan to Kenwood Bowl
  10. Add pitted dates, pecan pieces, peanuts and dark chocolate chips to the Kenwood Bowl
  11. Transfer content of baking tray to Kenwood Bowl
  12. Mix until combined - 1 min, Speed 4
  13. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin and spread the mixture out firmly and evenly
  14. Sprinkle with dark chocolate chips
  15. Use a spatula to press the chocolate chips into the mixture
  16. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  17. Slice
  18. Serve
