Step preview

  1. Brush a clean Dariole moulds each side with butter
  2. Add cocoa powder to the Dariole moulds each side
  3. Rotate the moulds to line them with cocoa powder and tap out excess
  4. Place prepared moulds on a baking tray and place in the refrigerator until needed
  5. Add dark chocolate and butter to a clean saucepan
  6. Heat until melted - low heat
  7. Set aside
  8. Attach Whisk
  9. Add egg and caster sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
  10. Whisk - 3 min, Speed Max
  11. Then add plain flour to the Kenwood Bowl
  12. Mix - 3 min, Speed 2
  13. Transfer chocolate mixture to Kenwood Bowl
  14. Mix carefully until combined
  15. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  16. Retrieve the moulds from the refrigerator
  17. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared moulds leaving 2 cm at the top
  18. Bake - 8 min, 200°C
  19. Remove from the oven and allow to stand for a minute then invert the moulds onto a plate
  20. Serve
