Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add plain flour, sugar, egg, active dried yeast, salt and dough improver to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 4
  6. Then add butter and chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 min, speed 4
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  9. Cover with kitchen towel
  10. Chill in fridge - 4 hr
  11. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  12. Knead slightly
  13. Divide into 3 equal pieces
  14. Roll into balls
  15. Transfer dough to round pan
  16. Cover with kitchen towel
  17. Prove - 3 hr
  18. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  19. Bake - 11 min, 180°C
  20. Serve
