A great chocolate treat packed full of ginger biscuits, nuts and dried fruit. The tiffin will keep for one week in the fridge.

Step preview

  1. Add coconut oil, dark chocolate and golden syrup to a clean small glass bowl
  2. Heat until melted and mix
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add dried cranberries, raisins, vegan ginger biscuit and toasted pistachios to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Transfer chocolate mixture to Kenwood Bowl
  6. Mix - 30 sec, Speed Min
  7. Transfer chocolate mixture to square pan
  8. Level
  9. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  10. Cut into squares
  11. Serve
