  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  8. Then add sunflower oil to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 9
  10. Then add plain flour, salt and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  13. Grate carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square tart pan
  17. Level
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Add water to the kCook bowl
  20. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  22. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C
  23. Transfer pan to steamer tray
  24. Steam - 40 min, 104°C
  25. Let cool completely
  26. Turn out cake onto serving plate
  27. Dust with icing sugar
  28. Serve
