Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water, manitoba flour, active dried yeast and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add italian 00 flour, water, extra virgin olive oil and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  9. Knead slightly until smooth
  10. Transfer dough to large glass bowl
  11. Cover with kitchen towel
  12. Prove - 1 hr
  13. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  14. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface
  15. Divide into pieces
  16. Roll into balls and press down
  17. Transfer shaped dough to baking sheet
  18. Prove - 2 hr
  19. Pre-heat oven - 250°C
  20. Top with anchovies and smoked provola
  21. Sprinkle with sea salt and dried oregano
  22. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  23. Bake - 10 min, 250°C
  24. Serve
