Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water and margarine to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 95°C, speed 3
  6. Then add wholemeal flour and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 70°C, speed 5
  8. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface and let cool
  9. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  10. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  11. Roll out
  12. Fold
  13. Roll out until 2mm thick
  14. Cut out into rounds until 10cm round
  15. Fill with mozzarella cheese and tomato passata into the centre
  16. Fold into halves
  17. Seal the edges
  18. Brush with egg
  19. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
  20. Transfer shaped dough to baking sheet
  21. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  22. Serve
