Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add milk to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 30°C, speed 3
  8. Then add fresh yeast, bread flour and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  10. Let rest - 20 min
  11. Add bread flour, egg, salt and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, speed 10
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  15. Cover with plastic wrap
  16. Prove - 2 hr
  17. Clean kCook bowl
  18. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  19. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  20. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  22. Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C, speed 3
  23. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  24. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  25. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  26. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  27. Then add double cream, cheese and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  28. Stir with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
  29. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  30. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  31. Divide into 12 equal pieces
  32. Roll out into rounds until 2cm thick
  33. Transfer shaped dough to baking sheet
  34. Prove - 30 min
  35. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  36. Transfer onion mixture to shaped dough
  37. Spread evenly between
  38. Bake - 20 min, 190°C
  39. Serve
