Step preview

  1. Add curry powder, marjoram, dried oregano, dried sage, sweet paprika, salt and chicken pieces to a clean large glass bowl
  2. Stir until well combined
  3. Cover with plastic wrap
  4. Chill in fridge - 20 min
  5. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl

  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  10. Transfer chicken to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 1
  12. Then add onion to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 100°C, speed 2
  14. Then add fresh parsley, fennel leaves and balsamic vinegar to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 100°C, speed 2
  16. Add water, salt & pepper, greek yogurt and plain flour to a clean jug
  17. Mix until combined
  18. Pour content of jug into kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 100°C, speed 3
  20. Serve
