Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add tomato, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil leaves and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted and continue - 15 min, 110°C, speed 3
  6. Add silver leaf gelatin sheet and water to a clean small bowl
  7. Soak and continue - 10 min
  8. Blend - 2 min, speed 10
  9. Strain content of kCook bowl into jug and reserve liquid
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Return content of jug to kCook bowl
  14. Drain gelatin into sieve
  15. Squeeze and remove excess liquid
  16. Transfer gelatin to kCook bowl
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  18. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  19. Cook with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 110°C, speed 3
  20. Spoon content of kCook bowl into drinking glass evenly between
  21. Fill until one third full
  22. Let cool completely
  23. Spoon stracciatella cheese into the drinking glass evenly between
  24. Fill until two thirds full
  25. Chill in fridge and continue
  26. Clean kCook bowl
  27. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  28. Add ricotta cheese, fresh basil leaves and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  29. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  30. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  31. Blend with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 10
  32. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  33. Pipe content of piping bag onto drinking glass evenly between
  34. Top with fresh basil leaves
  35. Serve
