Step preview

  1. Grease a clean baking sheet
  2. Attach Spiral Dough Tool
  3. Add bread flour, salt, dried yeast, olive oil and water to the Kenwood Bowl
  4. Mix - 10 min, Speed 1
  5. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  6. Gently stretch and pat so the dough covers the tray and is about 2 cm high
  7. Cover with oiled cling film
  8. Prove - 1 hr
  9. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  10. Using your finger tips press indents all over the dough
  11. Drizzle with olive oil
  12. Sprinkle with sea salt
  13. Bake - 25 min, 200°C
  14. Let cool
  15. Serve
