Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add italian 00 flour, caster sugar, egg, butter, white wine, vanilla extract and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 7
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  8. Form into a ball
  9. Roll out until 2mm thick
  10. Cut into strips
  11. Score into the centre
  12. Line a clean plate with paper towels then set aside
  13. Heat a clean fryer
  14. Transfer shaped dough to fryer
  15. Fry until light golden - approx 2 min
  16. Remove with slotted spoon and remove excess liquid
  17. Transfer biscuits to plate
  18. Repeat with the rest
  19. Dust with icing sugar generously
  20. Let cool
  21. Serve
