Step preview

  1. Grease a clean springform pan
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add dark brown sugar, golden caster sugar and egg to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 8 min, speed 6
  7. Then add plain flour to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 6
  9. Then add milk chocolate, dark chocolate and salted butter to the kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap fitted - 6 min, 60°C, speed 4
  11. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 6
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to springform pan
  13. Spread until level
  14. Let rest - 1 hr
  15. Pre-heat oven - 120°C
  16. Bake - 40 min, 120°C
  17. Let cool completely
  18. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  19. Serve
